thinking of first holiday to Phuket
Hello all,
Am planning my next holidays for October, fisrt trip to Thailand was to Pattaya about 5 months ago, although I had a great time there I was looking at trying somewhere new. I have been thinking about trying Phuket, can anyone out there give me any info on the BEST bars and hotels (guest friendly) to look into. Unfortunatly will only be a very short trip this time, only for about a week.

If you were thinking of Phuket then Patong would be the place for you to start your research. Just search the archives of this board and I think you will find all the information you want.

Yeah but the irish twanker is in Patts not taking his role of official search function shouter as seriously I'm afraid, may have to ask Nicke to review this honourable position and get a more reliable candidate.

Nah I tried to help out a bit earlier in the year when IJ was also in Patts, but found as I'm such a modest mild mannered type of guy couldn't seem to bring the level of shouting up to the required text size!!
