FBI club or FBI shop?
I think the club's on rat-u-thit, near the intersection to bangla road.
the shop's on beach road but I wouldn't call it an FBI shop, per say.
they sell all types of spy weapons.
that's on beach road.

TG2 might be right.
I can't give exact directions cos I was sweating like a pig when I walked past it.
But if you're coming from bangla road, take a left onto beach road.
Keep walking past 2-3 sois (I think... again, sweating like a pig)
It's one of the shops at the soi intersection.
I noticed it cos they had a engraving machine upfront for dogtags.
Also, the t-shirts lining the inside of the shop is a dead giveaway.
They say FBI, GLOCK, KGB, etc.
(I'm assuming that's the FBI shop you were talking about.)

depends what you are really looking for WB
they have a few things, mainly touristy stuff, but list what sort of "stuff" you are after and BM's might be able to advise you on other selling locations

Regards Suits, some Phuket tailors have web sites, so you may get an idea of material/costs before you hit the ground. FBI wear black suits don't they?and sunnies....

I have not used a tailor in Phuket, or anywhere for that matter, but these are Bartercard members.
