As most of the poms I have had a beer with, their appreciation of decent beer is most ordinary, I figure it's to be expected from what they cop from that dreary little island from which they come.

Then, there is their thoughts on wine........Oh dear.

Enough of this Aussie "Pommy bashing" ..... Although it appears to be generally written around 2004, relevant areas have appeared to have been updated.

In, and as an Aussie, we have always felt that we must harmlessly attack the old empire, which I have done with terrific response from those pommy bastards.

Might have something to do with my folks being a Welshman (taffy) and a fine lady from Newcastle (geordie).
