small translation help
Hi everyone
I recieved a message from a thai friend, and i've exhausted all online dictionary options so i'm assuming there is some slang involved or something. I was hoping some kind soul could do a quick translation for me. If you could shoot me a PM on this forum that'd be great. Regards.

Unless it's written in Thai script it can be a crapshoot trying to guess what they're on about. Translating can be tough as it is never mind with english phonetics involved.
You're better off posting on the forum so we can guess/argue about it/post joke comments about her being knocked up/etc.

This is a tough one, and I don't disagree with what ATM and Brit have already said. Knowing the context of what the relationship is between these people would possibly help. And it is one of those situations where the tone is important because the word "tong" has so many meanings.
However, I am going to go way out on a limb here, and say, "I would like to give you a tour of my countryside in the evening. Kiss, kiss!" Also it would imply that she wants to show you how lovely it is there, and tell you all about it. A more literal translation would be, "To you, I would like to praise(sing the praises of, or extol the virtues of) my countryside in the evening, kiss, kiss! yern = to praise tong na = countryside chun = my

Just found "yern" in a thai song lyric and yeah it means to stand. I'd spell it yeun I guess. tong na becomes dtrong naa = in front of (a person) and the whole thing makes sense

 It did occur to me that maybe it was supposed to be yeun rather than yern, but I didn't follow up on that thought. Also, the tong was a bit of a red herring, since it turned out to be dtrong rather than tong. Guess I struck out on this one! I actually had a feeling that it might mean. "I want to blow you," but I failed to put it together. If you take the transliterations too literally, you can really get thrown off.Given the context of the OP, however, I would now translate it as, "I wish that you were standing in front of me tonight! Kiss! Kiss!"
