Greetings from a swede
Hey everyone

Been reading the forum for a while and thought it was time to introduce myself. My name is Johan and, as the topic name says, I'm from Sweden. Been working at an airport in the Arrival Service department for the last 6 months. That basically means that all the angry passengers that didn't get their bags come and scream at me .

Was in LOS for the first time last november and fell in love with the place straight away. And I have finally booked a new trip to Phuket. Will be arriving on the 17th October for 4 weeks of fun

Traveling a few 100k miles per year I do visit the baggage service from time to time and I have learned many moons ago that when you show up there with a cheerful and positive attitude, you not only get better service, you can actually surprise the heck out of the agent behind the counter.
