Can I wear short and slippers. let say I just want to drink neither to go to Agogo nor disco, just the bar but at night 7.00pm and above.
And what about Karaoke, can I go with those attires?

As long as you wear clothes including shirt you should be ok.
As said before, a Hugh Hefner robe would be nice also. With all the beautiful girls in LOS, it is the closest feeling I will probably have to being Hugh.(who knows maybe better  )
