Will pass the Hotel Lobby Test...

So I took in the Patong Beach nightlife last night after arriving into Phuket and it was fun to watch. Though I have to confess, I didn't see any women in the various bars who I felt compelled to bring back to my hotel(maybe I didn't have enough drinks in me). Though there were a few cute ones, I didn't see anyone who I felt would pass the Hotel Lobby test. I'm staying in a pretty nice resort in Karon Beach, and I feel that the person needs to fit in.

I realize that I may not be getting the point, but I'm here for a few days of R&R, I want my days to be low-stress and my nights to comfortable, but fun. Any suggestions as to where to go? Or am I just not getting it?

best thing is to go out to have fun and relax as you say - i always found this approach led to far more possibilities in the lady stakes. If you just prowl looking for a stunner you are often disappointed.

girls with more a fashion sense

try Baya Beach later in the night. i think you are more likely to meet a FL that is a little more fashionable.

also, although you have a valid reason fro concern, one thing i can say for alot of the girls, if you decide to have one stay around is some fo them will dress entirely different and be a lot less "noticeable" outside the bar

I stayed at the Hilton Arcadia in Karon last time; a five-star hotel. Brought back six different girls from bars in Patong and all got through the lobby just fine and a couple enjoyed a trip to the executive lounge. ... Just relax and enjoy.

Just ask the hotel if there is a joiner fee. If there is, and you are willing to pay it, then no problem. If there is not, then no problem. So what's the problem?

I don't know what bars you went to, but not all BGs dress like sluts. That seems to be more the look in Tiger Bars, but in Soi Eric and some of the other sois, there are girls there who dress quite respectably, IMHO. Just take your time, look around, and I am sure you can find a nice girl. Personally, I don't go for the slutty, half-naked look myself, and have never had a problem finding nice girls, dressed sexy, but in a more conservative fashion!

Don't worry that much. Most if not all hotels are used to guys bringing girls in. Anway, when you arrive after a night out, most people in your hotel will be sleeping already, and (in the morning) when she leaves your room nobody knows where she came from.
Girls in gogo's always change clothes when they leave. Most of the time they're dressed decent.

In the spirit of making an actual contribution to this forum, I'll describe what I actually did. By the way, this one goes into the 'to each his own' category. In my orginal post, I admitted to finding Patong Beach a little too intense. I'm no saint, by any means, but I like to delude myself into thinking that Brix in the Singapore Hyatt is more my style, than, say, Orchard Towers in comparison. By the way, in all of these environments, the women are simply trying to survive in extremely poor massogonistic countries - there's no judgement on my part regarding the character of these individuals. I'll accept society's harsh judgement of my behavior, by the way.

Upon leaving the restaurant I chose for dinner Thursday, the cab driver suggested that I might like Fantasia in Phuket City - so off we went. Being new to such a place, I asked him to join me inside hoping that he'd protect me from getting too badly abused by the exhorbitant prices that a place like this likes to charge suckers such as myself. I treated him to a few rounds of drinks and the ST company of one the ladies.

To me, this place seemed like Phuket's analogue of a very upscale strip club in a city like New York or Las Vegas, though its probably more similar to a KTV place in Singapore - though I never been. I guess I'm easily entertained, but I found the musical performances incredible and there were some pretty attractive women there.

By local standards, I got absolutely reamed in terms of the money I paid for this evening plus the two days of spendid company I spent with a women I picked from there. Unfortunately and obviously, most of the money I paid goes into the corrupt pockets of the criminal civic leader that owns this place. But, my entertainment needs were satisfied. Saturday, I tipped the woman handsomely and we parted as warm friends but with little sense of obligation on my part for needing to rescue her from the life she has either chosen for herself or has been forced to live.

Such is Thailand and guys like me who go to visit places like this - .

I guess the problem with a few days R&R is that it is hard to get into the rythm of the place and just hang out expecting the unexpected. The most stunning girls I met and the nicest by far were found when I was negotiating for water melon or wondering about looking around.

But I think you should count yourself lucky that you won't be suffering the Los blues.

When I met a BG who is now my girlfriend, as others, she was dressed provocatively to attract the passing trade.

However after bar fining her, I waited in the lounge whilst she went out back to change into something more demure before leaving with me.

You'll find many of the girls also keep regular clothing, especially if they live on site as often happens in Pattaya.

Just share your issue with the girl of your choice over a drink or two. You'll find that your issue will be easily accommodated.

The best is the "Tiger" and another one which is good to is the "Seduction". Both in Patong.
