Newbie from OZ
Hi everyone. A mate and I am coming to Phuket on March 27 2008 for two weeks. Can't wait now I have booked and paid.
I have been reading this forum for about a week now and finally had my account activated this morning, so you are going to hear a lot from me with many questions. Firstly what does BM stand for? Regards HV

Sounds like u will be having a great trip with your mate. Where abouts will u be staying in patong. Make sure a stop at MTB is on the list. Good place to meet up with fellow BM's and get the low down on patong. Cheers Simon

Hi Simon,
Staying at Graceland Resort and Spa and already decided that my first stop is the MTB. I have found this forum to be invaluable. I'd say by the time I get there I will have read almost every post. Regards Hunter Valley

welcome to the forum.youre staying at a great looking resort . Ive never stayed there but have walked through it ,big complex with a great looking pool.across the road from the beach.sure you will enjoy yourself there.

Thanks aussie45. I intend to clear more than the lungs. It is amazing how many other friends have said to me - "I wish I could do that but my missus would spit chips." Having just got rid of the ex and my girlfriend, I plan to let my adventure cure me of full time relationships. Counting down.

Hey HV,
Welome to the forum. Hope to meet up with you i will be there 'bout the same time. Be aware about the time you are leaving, it is around Songkran. Shouldn't be a prob just make sure you have your return tranfer sewn up. Was a f@ckwit this year and had a hell of a job getting to the airport but mine was on the worst day. Pays to be careful.

Gotta a mate from HV that will be here next week and again during song kran. He's a big dairy farmer. Good bloke. You'll enjoy your time in Phuket mate. I think I might just do that .... While it will end, I am sure that as soon as I have the $$$$ saved I will become a regular visitor. Everyone I know who has been, has said I will have a great time, and they visited with their partners. I have no such baggage, lucky me! Cheers.
