Just thought I would stop and say hello, sure I know some of you xpats. Right now I am trapped in the land of the big P.X. and really homesick. I left BKK in 2000 certain that I would be back no later then 05, but you know how plans go. Looks like I’ll be trapped for another four years then I’m coming back no matter what. I ran one of the first web sites for a while “Bangkok Girls” but couldn’t keep it going from here as update were imposable. I have read a lot of the site, thanks for the memories hope I can chime in from time to time.

Oh BTW has anyone ever discovered how they make those hard boiled eggs you get on the beach, the ones that are already mixed in the shell?

Love those eggs. First the egg is removed from the shell through a small hole and mixed with salt pepper and other sauces (maggi etc). The mixture is put back in the shell with a syringe and boiled. After boiling they are roasted over hot coals, you've seen the lady's walking around with these mini BBQ on the beach. Delicious.

Thanks, but are you sure about the eggs, I looked forever and never did find the hole? None of the vendors would ever tell me how it was done, LOS top secret!

Actually its done with nanobots injected into the egg.
