Hi all. Need your help.
Hi there,
Me and my wife are going to the honeymoon trip in January to Patong for the first time. My wife adores balloons, so, does anybody know the places like bars or cafes where balloon parties or something alike happen? I mean the ones with a lot of balloons in the room and balloon drops or something like that.

Nicke can arrange a party at his bar where hundreds of balloons are festooned around the bar. Send him a PM or pop in to Mai Thai bar in Soi Eric and he can arrange it. Its pretty cheap, and he also can arrange food if required

Welcome to the board
Sounds like a great plan and lovely surprise. Just make sure your wife understands the nature of Bangla and the Sois. There has been a lot of great stories on the board about couples partying in the Bangla area, but I am sure there also are a lot of wives that will not like it.

Totalikus...congrat's and hope you enjoy your honeymoon.
Don't know why so many couples are interested in Patong these days?
There's another thread here, where a couple is seeking 1 or 2 bargirls to join them for the evening. 55555
Just thought I'd mention.

Ok I know you said Patong, but if your going through BKK the NASA disco used to do a HUGE balloon drop; that is if they are still there???

Thanks guys for your responses, and another question. May be someone know the SuperCheap shop in Phuket. We would like to know the average cost for there and back to Karon.
What transport would you recommend for this trip?

Its not to far away so I think it will cost about 5-700 bath with a Tuk Tuk or a car including waiting for you for a couple of hours. .......Its no aircon in SuperCheap and quite smelly in the food-section, but they have loads off stuff for good prices.
