hey everyone
i registered a while ago but have been more of a browser on this site,ive been on a bkk site for about 2 yrs though.
im 27,from ireland but live in brisbane,ive been to los 3 times. im just back from 3 weeks in thailand and went to phucket,samui and pattaya,to be honest i dont think i will do samui again just sick of it (too many backpackers cough cough). i liked phucket and got some good info from this site. ive got the los blues as everyone does and cant wait to go back but i might just save and go for 3 months when its cool again next year  good to be here

Having gone to LOS times you are not that "newbie" .... maybe a trip report. Three months would make many envious.

Hope to see lot's of input from you on the site. It is a good idea to browse the site for a while before posting as you soon get understand how things work and don't make a nana of yourself by asking the same questions that were asked the week before..

I am currently in Patong, but leaving here in a week to go to Samui. I will be staying in Lamai, which looks fairly chilled and i think that i might need that after i leave here.
Would be interested to know hiw Samui compares to here
