Just recovered from my last trip to LOS, preparing for the next;)
Greeting BM's!
Well, at least recovered from the hangover after 15 days of party in Patong, still working on the finacial part:p... It was quite a coincident that I got to Thailand last December. I heard two of my friends were planning this trip, but since I work on a rotation offshore in the North sea I had no time of at this point... Anyway, I couldn't let these guys go without me, not after all the good storys one of my friends kept feeding me from his time in Patong a couple of years ago, so I got my rotation changed and booked a flight short before departure on Nov 30th. So, what can I say that u guys dont already know? This holiday exceeded anything i've experienced before, I heard it was crazy, but you don't know before you've been there yourself... Anyway, we were 3 guys that went down from Nov 30 to 15 Dec. We stayed at Montana Grand phuket, just across the road from Christine Massage. Hotel was alright consider the prize, but quite worn out. And had a 500Bt joiner fee  After we got home to the cold north we all suffered from the well known LOS blues, I missed the heat, sun, people, food, nightlife and of course the girls  So just after christmas we booked new tickets, this time we will stay a couple of days longer, from Feb 19 to Mar 8... We have not got any hotel yet, still reading through the recomedations found on this forum. I quess the best will be filled up soon so hopefully I'll book one of the following days. Cheers!

Check out the accomodation forum here... lot's of reports about hotels and guesthouses. try to drop by MTB to meet fellow BMs on your next tour...there's always a good crowd to be met. cheers

Welcome to the board. I bet you are hooked on LOS like the rest of us.
Not sure what hotels still have availability for you next trip, but my choice is Summer Breeze Hotel. They have an ad banner over to the side -----> Again Wttb!

I could not care less what she does, but the fact that she logs on to MSN every morning after work, and stays for hours wanting to chat scares me. And if im not logged on she sends an SMS and ask for me. (We are 6hrs behind LOS so its still evening here while she finnish work) Think she is trying to prove something to me here, that she ''only dances''...? Anyway, now I have to figure out the smart thing to... Seems like I just have to break it to her straight and tell her im not interested in whatever she is planning and I only want to have a good time with my friends and maybe some other girls on my next trip. And hopefully she will accept that and leave it. -BUT, what I fear the most is the possible drama that will occour next time im in Patong... There is no way I can avoid her for 18 days, she dances in a Soi on Bangla and can easy spot me while im walking pass, and she's got alot of friends around that knows me so she'll know as soon as i set foot there, and im not staying away from that lovely street. -And this girl has got at temper, and I dont want to piss her off, she's small but that won't stop her from going into a fight... U guys might think im being way to dramatic here, and I know i sounds like, but she is really putting alot of effort in convincing me how special I am og how much loves there is. I wish she could just take the hint and go on to the next falang... -I quess im not the first ''first-timer'' to have been temptet and fooled by these beautiful girls, maybe I was too kind and honest with her, or maybe it's just true that I am a ''really fcuking handsome man''! 55555

I didn't come all unprepared to LOS, read this and other similar stuff so I knew some of what I could expect: Know Phuket - Naughty Nightlife
Just wish i'd found this great forum before I went and not two days after...

If l was you l would tell this the girl the truth asap..........you don't want it to spoil your holiday.
Tell her it's YOUR holiday and YOU want to butterfly.....otherwise she may cause problems

At last!!!
Tomollow We will be on our way to Patong again! Touchdown wed 12:20 at phuket int... -Its quite a long trip this time, have to wait for nearly 6hrs at the airport in Bangkok, 22hrs total trip. Staying at HoneyHouse Guesthouse and hope it's an okei hotel, havent found much about it here on the board. SOooo... I certainly hope MAV have got some ROSEtinted glasses ready for us so that this trip will be just as fantastic as the last one! Will of course drop by Mai Thai Bar as soon as I get the chance!
