flights to bangkok

im sure its been asked before so i apologize in advance.....

how much is it to fly to bangkok from phuket and which airline is the best (as in cheapest)

From the new airport, Air Asia is the cheapest

It depends when you book, but prices can be as low as 299baht +taxes up to 1600baht one way.

Thai Air is dearest at around 6k baht return

wow the taxes are crazy quoted price 989baht after taxes 1500baht.... thanks for the web site the prices i was looking at were around $225USD so thins helps a lot

hehe still a hellavalot cheaper than Thai or BKKAir though.

I got a one-way ticket 399 Baht but after taxes total price is 1175 Baht !!!!

I booked tickets for two persons in April with Air Asia, Phuket - Bangkok and got a nice price: 99 Baht per person + taxes


Total price per person: 929,83 Baht incl taxes

That is an excellent deal Frode. But doesn't it show us how much extra we are paying in taxes 5555. No wonder they promote their fares without taxes
