Hey
Hey everyone. I have been reading on this board for a wile so decided to start posting. A little bit about me.... I am 24 and train/fight muay thai a few times a year in phuket when im not training i am normally around patong. Next trip will be in September now cant wait to get back to los. Anyway looking forward to chatting to you all.

HaHa its only painful the next day so all you have to do is keep training and you dont notice it. Thats the idea anyway

Hey i train at Tiger muay thai. I also train Mixed martial arts so its a great gym for me.

Wish i was back there now but work has to take place sometime i guess

In our recent stint in March, we stayed at Patong Merlin, for the 3 weeks. It was awesome,
Breakfast included, 3 pools, rooms big etc etc.
However, we are looking for a cheaper option, that perhaps doesnt have Breakfast included in the price.
Reason being, is if we dont pay for it, we dont have to wake up early for it.

We are looking around, but alot of the cheaper places, dont look as nice, nor have windows?

We are looking at coming for 3-4 (mum and dad) weeks, and hopefully ill stay a little longer.
