Phuket Thailand - Hello from a new newbie (is that grammatically correct?)

Hey one and all...

I have been reading the forums here for awhile now with interest, and thought it was about time I took the plunge and said hello. It seems like everyone on here gets on well and there seems to be plenty of useful information being thrown around.

I'm making my first trip to LOS (actually my first overseas trip period) late this year, but it is still 7 months away and I am chomping at the bit to get over there.

Anyhow, I better stop my ranting - this is probably enough for a first post

I look forward to chatting with you all in the coming months

That's the plan - 7 months is seeming like an eternity but I am hoping (fingers crossed) that the time will fly and I will be on the big metal bird to Bangkok before I know it. In the meantime, I will have to keep myself amused with the forums and as you said, live vicariously through the BMs that are already in LOS...

After you go the first time to LOS, 7 months will seem like an even much longer time before your next trip! As many have said, it can't be described in words. Gathering info to prepare yourself is the way to go.
