hi new one here
Hi everyone!
It will be my first time in LOS this summer, and I simply can't wait... There's loads of info here I learn a lot thanks guys. One simple question I bring a young pal with me he's 18 can he enter the gogos? ( 20yo min? ) ot should I bride everyone to let him enter? Jazz PS: xcuse my awful frenchman's english

In February, when I was dating a TG who had her cousin's daughter, a 19 yr.o ld visting, it was pretty hit and miss. What worked best was if I pu my arm around her and escorted her, because that way they thought she was a BG and usually didn't bother us. But she was often stopped and denied entry, if we didn't use that ploy, because she is small and did look young. They won't mistake your friend for a BG(since he's a farang!). And I think they may go easier on farangs tha they do with Thai, but I don't really know that for a fact. JayBee

I was just gone 19 when I visited last year and had one or two people with me who look quite young and any place I visited that had door men etc on didn't bother us.
I don't think it will be a problem at all from my experience! Mark.

OK thanks for your answers.
My friend is nearly 2 meters high so it probably won't be a problem if there is no 100% age control. Moreover he is from belgium and nobody wants to stop a 2m drunk guy from brussels from getting beer. Jazz

Dont worry, I never seen they checked the age of tourists, they do check IDs of thai girls enetering discos thought. They have to be 20 years old or they may get problems with the police.

I took my 14 yr old daughter into Tai Pan with no problem.
Mind you she looks a lot older, but not 20

When my son turns 16 I'm taking him to Pattaya! LOL - I told my wife that and she just shook her head laughing... My boy will walk out of there like DA MAN and no high school or college girlie will have ANYTHING to hold over his head after that... He'll just be able to say "oh seriously, doll.. do you know where I've been? Ha.."

Just a kind note; you picked an aged (1 1/2 old) thread to post your first comment. Perhaps you should start one to introduce yourself. I don't have a good answer to your question because I have no experience, but like any where everyone have preferences. For example, some Thai girls steer away from anyone not from Japan or Korea and others avoid them.
