I have been sat here crossed legged now for nearly a week and not lost any weight at all! Last night after a hard days meditation I had two cans of fat coke and three KitKats................Am I doing something wrong?

The committee says that £3,375 is left after the rest of the money was spent on running the site. The authorities want to know in more detail how the cash was spent.

I don't do Pattaya BB, once was enough! I had one long weekend there, ended up on Valium. Prozac and Diptheria (All in the same glass with some Coke) and jumped on the next flight to Phuket and haven't looked back since. Pattaya just doesn't 'Do It' for me!!

I've just realised that after a hard day of sitting down crossed legged, arms folded, eyes closed and doing sod all that I am really quite a bit hungry, so going to make myself some toast and open a tin of baked beans. A splash of Brown sauce and Bobs your girlfriend and Fanny's something you eat.
