I live in a smallish town in North wales and a couple of months ago a knocking shop got raided and 2 girls were freed from a life of sex slavery. One was Chinese and the other from Namibia (IIRC).
I was not even aware the brothel was there and it was only 400 yards from my house.

there is tons of massage places in nyc/nj area
of course i use to go my fair share but after seeing the way its done in LOS, where they have their freedom, well at least in places i frequented, it really made me think about going to these places becasue you never knwo the girls situation

will try to post any news on the court case I can find.
it has been reported many times about thai girls being in our brothels under duress,seems its a orginized gang thing in bangkok supplying these girls. this is why a visa to oz is hard to get,and my guess is it will get harder.

We have the same issue here in Denmark. The last couple of years we have seen "gangs" importing girls from the Baltic states to work as prostitutes here in Denmark. Through my work I have recently been in contact with 3 of these girls as they were flying back to Riga on tickets paid with compromised credit cards.
The first two girls were going home and I intercepted them by the plane and took them to the police. We wanted to find the people behind the scenes so to speak, but the girls were scared to talk. They worked here in DK for 3 months and they had 10.000 Danish kroner on them (about 1500 US$).. That's the payment for 3 months of what must be hell for them. One of the girls was 19 years old. Eventually they paid for a one-way ticket home and was allowed to fly. That same afternoon another girl arrived from Riga - also on a ticket paid with a compromised credit card. She was 1 of the replacements for those 2 girls that just went home. Me and the police ended up meeting with the guy who was picking her up in the airport to recieve cash payment for the plane ticket. He was "naturally" in chock that her ticket was paid with a stolen credit card and said that him and his wife had invited her up for his wifes birthday party.. Yeah right.. Unfortunately the police couldnt do anything about it so they were allowed to leave after they paid... Sad.. I really hate when people take advantage of other people like that
