Yeah but this guy could have been sent home years ago if he admitted his crime.. He didnt and maintained his iinocence even tho that meant staying in the BKK hilton..
Also the whole case was a total joke.. Police evidence awful and full of holes.. The judge demanded the video evidence and the police refused the judges demands !!! Fit up !!

Does it also have something to do with face ? Ones your arrested it is loose of face for them to release you again when you turn out to be innocent ?
