The Nation: Gasohol claims another victim
Tanit Watanadamai yesterday filled up his brand-new Yaris with 91 gasohol at a PTT station in Ratchaburi's Muang district. Three kilometres later his car conked out and would not restart.

Horrible fuel and even though its cheaper you get less mileage out of it due to its reduced octane.. So your not saving money and your not running the engine as well..
Avoid it like the plague but its getting harder.. Often not easy to find non gasohol 95 if your on a run somewhere. I am told it burns the valves out on small scooters and sportbikes also.

We have been using gasohol 95 since it came out without issue. not sure about millage. I think they have all switched over to it now so really hard to find an alternative. Would love to get a hybrid next time around. Not sure why they aren't pushing those hard here.
