Sadly, any aviator saw this coming. A pilot in low-level flight, close proximity to buildings, light poles, towers, and other aircraft... who is still expected to "report" on outside, non-aircraft events?

The Unbreakable Laws in the cockpit (in correct order) are:
(1) Aviate
(2) Navigate
(3) Communicate

Everything else is ca-ca. "Fly the airplane." That one statement-- sublime in its elegance and simplicity-- shuts down all extraneous activities, thought-processes, or conversations.
