wow, this does not look good
like i said in a previous post, LOS is lucky Canadians, to me, dont seem to get too riled up over this sort of thing or this could turn into a horrible PR situation

So some random bloke sticks his random gun out of the window of his highrise fires a random shot that hits a random tourist. WTF!!!

Unlikely a would be assassin could hit a moving target from an elevated position without a specialised weapon and training so it appears this is as the papers say, a random shooting.

it actually does happen
imagine your luck, you fly half way around the world and something like this happens
it does look like his wife has kept her composure though and been rationale which is a lot to say in that situation

i will say, thankfully they have been only minor instances, but all my dealings with Thai hospitals have been nothing but superb
