What a bleedin' disaster!
No guts no glory, that's what I say.
Our team were slow and static. No imagination and initiative.
You guys wanted it more. Good on ya!

Because we have a good young team that are now showing the old scottish strenghs guts ,determination ,100% effort we should have won on saturday as well unfortunately the damage was done while vogts was there and we will not qualify for the playoffs but at least we are not a laughing stock like we were for the last 3 years and as i say we are a young squad and will get better so we should do well in the qualifiers for euro 2008.

I WATCHED the game v italy on saturday in a bar on barking road east ham and i was amazed when scotland scored and all the english guys in the bar started cheering i thought this never happened before when i lived here for 14 years maybe things are changing ! but tonight nickyboy from plymouth you have restored my faith in the arrogant english football fan your own team are not setting the world alight with scintilating soccer so i would not be so condescending towards other teams especially as you are a plymouth argyle fan 55555555 only joking about that as i am a fan of one of bobby williamsons former teams Kilmarnock but the jocks are on the way back !

England are playing crap tonight and don't deserve anything at the moment.
I would always want a Scottish side to beat any foreign national team and would be delighted to see them in the world cup.
Bobbie Willamson, although a nice guy, absolutely awful tactician. Previous manager another Scot, Paul Sturrock was a god.
4 days to go......

And yet when bobby was killie boss he won the scottish cup finished 3rd place in the league 2 times and qualified us for europe 4 times . and with no financial backing he built the team from nothing and todays team is generaly built from players from the youth system that he developed, but i never saw his plymouth teams so i wil bow to your opinion on that, but i really thought he would succeed down in england

I do think Bobby underestimated the strength of the division he was in. he brought in 5 players from Scotland last season. Only 1, Matt K Doumbe is a regular. Kieth Lasley can't get a game and no one seems to know why. The others left, Stevie Crawford was homesick.
Still good luck to him in any future job he has.
England are still playing useless
