1000 for long, long time? Still wondering what some people pay.... (sorry no offence mean). If you have a nice lady who like you at least a little she will stay for much less with you.
400 for thai food if the lady buy it? Easy possible for less then 200...

Think you can find a nice room for 6000 bath/month long term.
