Hi all I have a rare condition. Will I have to pay more than others for my "entertainment".

I thought I had the same problem when a bg said I had three-she just couldn't count.

A man is blessed with an extra knacker. If a balls massage is 500baht,what will this customer pay? (Show your working out figures)
