Ganja is avaliable on almost every small island in thailand, and it's relativly safe, but I woul'dt try to find it in Patong! and don't ask around for Ya Bah that could get you shot by the police!

as everyone else has said best leave it alone.
if the police have the power to shoot drug dealers im sure someone buying from them at the time they won't ask before shooting.

A poster on the toilet walls of the tiger night club in feb this year said that all dealer and drug addicts had to register with the government and and give up or if there caught they may be shoot on sight if dealing.

maybe if they had that policy in England you would clean up the drug trade quicker instead of giving them cosy jails to do there sentence in.

on a lighter note, there much more fun had drinking dancing and meeting bar girls.

Greetings all, from a newbie...

I have been looking for similar information and have met the same response. It seems like most folks agree "just don't do it" but I cannot find any info on what the risks really are.

I love the ganj... I love it. Does anyone know of a site or place where I learn what the actual risks are of "getting my smoke on" in LOS?

If I will be executed, then of course I'll pass.... But if I will be fined or something....well, maybe.

if they are low or high.
i think the low risk is spend a good while in jail then a heavy fine if your lucky.

then maybe the high risk is spend a good few years in jail then a even heavier fine to get release.

is it worth the risk no matter what you get.
it could work out to be a very expensive joint.

But he would end up in the Phuket jail like a mate of mine did. 6 months for marijuana possession. No parole.

my advise is not to do drugs in los.one time i hade to do
the pee test.it whas in thai pan in apr/may 2002. and it whas not fun.
jan 2003 in thiger the falangs did not have to pee and the owner hade a 10 min warning before the police arrivde.

There was a police crackdown at Tiger on 14 FEB 2003 but farangs were not hassled, only Thai girls.
