Phuket Nightlife - Anyone remember Japanese girls working in Bangla Road

I remember about 3 /4 years ago sitting in the Blue Lotus bar in Bangla Road and watching what I assumed was a small team of Japanese ******s plying their trade. They would only target Japanese men and were very direct in approaching them as they walked down Bangla Road. There were about 6 of them and I have never seen them since. Can anyone remember them or can say what happened to them. They were quite obvious much more ''aggressive'' than the Thai girls. They would scope the oncoming pedestrian traffic for Jap guys and move directly into their path. It was quite entertaining.

Highly unlikely to be really Japanese.. For one thing why come here and make a pittance streetwalking compared to back home ?? Plus all the legal issues of non Thai ******s.

Its not uncommon to see girls who cater to the japanese market and some light skinned girls specialize in looking the right way for them.. Perhaps you saw a bunch of experienced workers used to the big money of the Japanese only bars in BKK..

Much more likely IMHO..

Sound like LBs to me. A few of the smaller LBs got the Japanese look and the aggressiveness sounds just like a LB.

You may be right. I has assumed them to be Japanese girls as their targets were obviously Japanese and they ignored Westerners entirely. I had not seen Thai girls being so aggressive so I guessed they were not Thai. They would spot a Jap guy coming their way and would walk right up to him and (I assumed) would proposition him. Some of these guys were quite startled. I didn't see many successful hits. Maybe just a group of Thai girls with a definite game plan ?

I definitley didn't think they were ladyboys. If they were then they had me fooled (which is possible)..........

Yes, its the ladyboys for sure, some of them look pretty nice and they mostly go for the Japanese. Still on Bangla road, see them almost every day on Bangla road between Soi Seadragon and Soi Eric.

That's a shocker if they really were ladyboys. I know I was watching at a distance but I thought I could tell the difference. I will be back at the Blue Lotus (and the Shipwreck) in 4 weeks time and will keep my eyes peeled for the Jap hunt !!

Last night I was street watching and noticed that the bar next door to P One Bar opposite Bangla Bar had a group of four Jap look alikes girls making approaches to some young Japanese male tourists.Perhaps this is the place.

Those Japanese looking fair skinned LB's do work hard hunting for customers , they usually go for Asians as most asians
1. like fair skin women
2. Don't wine and dinne,so faster ST=fast $$$$ ,
3. Cant tell the difference between a LB to a real women,and if shit hits the fan they find out,they will be too shy to give any trouble

For all bm's that can pass for asian, tell the lb you're thai and they will leave you alone... Works for me everytime. And i don't even think i look thai... Lb's just ask "Khun thai na ka" i turn and nod my head, they quickly turn the other direction...

I have to agree with Nicke - Bangla Rd. between Soi Sea Dragon and Soi Eric - deffo LBs.
I took one of them back to my humble abode one night.
Only found out that she was a (post-op) LB when we got down to biz.
I don't remotely look Japanese tho...
