St Andrews night in Patong
Are there any Scottish bars in Patong that might be celebrating St. Andrews night (next Thurs, 30th Nov)?

Trying to think of Scottish Bars in Patong, there is one in Soi Sans Sabai, half way up on the right, do not know if they are celebrating St Andrew's day but if any sweaties are in there, then it doesn't take much to get them to celebrate anything.
How come we have Irish, Welsh, Scottish bars in Patong but not one English Bar, themed English Bar? I know we have many bars owned by Englishmen but why is there never a English themed bar in any towns anywhere.
"hmmm, second good business idea I have had this week, jellied eels, bowler hats, cor blimey trousers" could take off and make me a millionaire rodney!!

Reminds me of a joke by Billy Connelly:
A bloke enters a pub, walks up to the bar and says ‘afternoon mate’ to the barman.
The bartender looks up from his newspaper and sneers ‘What u want!!’
The bloke says ‘can I have a pint of beer, please’, a bit taken aback by the barman’s rude manner.
‘Ah for fcuk sake!’ the barman moans as throws down his paper and starts pouring the pint. He bangs the pint on the bar, spilling it everywhere, and demands payment.
The bloke hands the money to the barman, who snatches it out of his hand whilst cursing under his breath. The barman then throws the change onto the bar and goes back to reading his newspaper.
The confused bloke asks the barman ‘Why are you so rude? Have I done something wrong, mate?’
The barman glares at the bloke and says ‘No! You’re in an English Theme pub!’
Just might answer you're question Dodge.......555555555555.

Yeah the bogs bollox probaby it the closest to a brit theme.. Or the green man pub style.. I remember doing a fair bit of drinking in a Brit pub in Santa Monica (kings head ??) so we do have them also..
As for Sweaty day.. I know on Nanai, depending on your affiliation you have the Celtic bar and at the other end of the road the Jambo bar.. Perhaps one or both could organise a march !!! Fiddys on Sansabai...

Florida, Rovers Return, re-runs of Coronation Street, shepherds pie on the menu and full of quite rich ex-pat Brits............Yep, I had to go in and have a look, it just looked so cheesy there on the strip in Orlando.
Total Boll0cks mind, had a couple of Icehouse beers as you got a free glass with it and left them to it.
Now the Rose and Crown in Playas del Americanos, grab a granny night! 555555555 No comment!
