Not going to start a new thread - maybe Nicke will.

Anyway - Nicke and friend of mine and me checked out 'The Wave' - at the moement maybe more a ripple than a wave - 6 sexy dancers maybe ok - but how long will they last?

Music was good and despite its small size was ok feeling - not many farang and you have to pass Dragon and then the Soi Easy bars - gots of eager grabing going on.

Inside (down small ramp) has 2 floor layout with gallery about (good) - lighting/music/aircom good - just needs more bodies (we went 11.30-00.30) - maybe they will find a niche - but hard to compete with existing spots.

Beers - Heineken 100 Baht (No San Mig Light

) Soda water 100 Baht - dont know about spirits.

Not much of a nightclub/ disco man but it sounds like it's worth a look if I can last that late !

That will be the wave sound trucks I saw then..

Yes mate - at the very back - under the Dragon stairs - through the bars and you go down a small ramp into the place. (Someone told me that once upon a time this used to be a ST hotel).

Yeah if you asked me I would have said it was a ST joint.. Back of Soi easy really had it rough last 24 months.. The soi that time forgot and some right old dinosaurs attacking you back there !!

Do they occupy any of the soi or have they just taken the back spot..

Looking at the recent changes to town.. How long until sukhumvit (hate that name.. So unorigional) links to the lobster place.. All the petty arguments aside, they all would clean up by making another foot / padestrian zone... They even have the chance to make it low rent / beer bar maze style, until it sees growth and custom.. Small money in and massive returns as town takes to it.. Or is that just too obvious..
