hi there i am new 2 this forum and am comin to patong on 24th december for 10 days. just wonderin wil their be any irish around to have a few pints with on christmas day...

Just pop into the Mai Thai Bar and introduce yourself, I'm sure you'll meet quite a few BM's of all nationalities (including Irish

) who will be only too happy to have a drink or two..or three...or four !!!!

I don't arrive till evening on Christmas Day but will no doubt be hitting Bangla within 10 minutes of getting to my hotel.

good to hear. i think i know de spot is their a bar like a boat at the start of the soi? im arrivin about 9 christmas eve so it shoulnt take me long to find a waterin hole either!!!

Actually MTB is in Soi Eric and not the boat bar (which is at soi seadragon). MTB is located a few bars down on the right side in the soi/road after soi seadragon
