Can anyone recommend any decent gf hotels for June/July in Patong for around 1000-1200 baht?

I always stay here - no joiner fee, modern place, great rooms, ideal location. And in June/July you'll only be paying 480 Baht for a room.

One word of warning though - there's a massive construction site out the back of the hotel now which can get noisy. If you stay at ANY hotel down Soi San Sabai, ask for a room at the front - if you have a rear facing room you won't sleep!

Thanks man,
had a look at the site and it looks great. I think I'll try to get a room here.

That's good advice. I'll be staying there between March 9th and 15th.

I would email them now and request a front facing room, just in case....

Try down Soi Sansabai,
Kasemsuk Mansion,
Thai owned and run by a great Thai couple,
Small room 400 Baht, Large room 600 Baht,
The large one is big enough to swing 4 lovelies around with space to spare and it has it's own balcony,
The small is large enough to swing 2 around and have one in the cot
at the same time ,
The rooms are Air Con... , Small beer fridge, Queen size bed with good mattress, Flush toilet , Hot Shower, TV, and it gets cleaned every day (sheet change),
Even with the construction happening near by it is quiet,
And well situated to the main line of entertainment,
