My wife and LOS
I have been travelling to Los last 8 years and i explored it by my Malaysian wife and she well knows nearly everything about LOS.
We are living in Turkey my home country. I would like to ask an opinion to you. I travel often coz of my business to neighbour countries which does not have much time difference.And at my last 2 trips i told my wife that i will go Egypt,Greece for business but i travelled to LOS. And that was very difficult answering her calls because of time difference.Most of time when she back from work around 6-7 pm she calls me and its midnight at LOS time of action. I cannot off my phone because sometimes a thai lady speaking that my phone is cannot reach at the moment...it is risk..if i answer there is no where to run away from loud music...i will be there on 10th May and she knows that i will go to Azerbaijan. What can i do? any experienced thoughts?

Call her via skype and say your working and that region has awful cellphone coverage.. Maybe say you have to use a local number..
Get uber sneaky and see if you can set up a gizmo inbound calling number in azerbijan.. Tell her thats the local mobile.. Then forward all calls to the inbound to your mobile.. Answer when you can answer but when you cant it will still be her calling an azerbijan number.. She will fall for that 100%.. When you need sneaky.. Ask the experts

Why don't you just tell her that you have to go working in Thailand ?????
 I also got a message from Malaysia-info.com that a malaysian lady living in Turkey wish to know how she can fly to Bulgary without her husband (staying in Thailand ) finding out.

Actually there are a companies that this is exclusively what they do for people, they answer for you and give excuses etc. They know the ropes and have witty little tricks. You can forward your phone to them. (or so I'm told) I can't remember the name of the one I am thinking of, but this link could be a starting place. Strong point there Crusty. The board name astor77 doesn't reveal much in itself, but maybe he should at least pull the picture of his face out and replace it with someone else's??
Or even say something just the least bit risque' to get it moved to level 2. Obviously this man is not a seasoned vetran. Good thing you came along when you did

Getting a Thai phone for the BGs to call you is the simple solution. Why in the world would you have your Thai GFs calling to Turkey to talk to you when you are in Thailand?
As far as answering your phone when your wife calls and it is noisy, years ago, when I worked in a busy office, I had a device which when screwed onto the phone, in place of the mouthpiece(which was first removed), eliminated all background noise, so that the person on the other end could only hear my voice. I don't remember what the device was called but it worked quite well. I would imagine someone might make something like that which is adapted for use on a cell phone.

Is it sunny in Azerbaijan this time of year, cos you could come back from LOS with a serious suntan!!
I reckon get there then tell her no cell phone coverage, you will try to get a local one but not many shops or anything, language problem, then call her via skype, so that you are in control of when calls are made. I Like Lil's suggestion though, sneaky bas.....

I would be curious how you would get around a situation, where she (wife) asks you what hotel you where staying in Azerbaijan in case she needs to make urgent contact. Assume you carry enough funds on trip so that you don't need to use ATMs or credit cards (this could give the game away) if the wife finds statements from your excursion.
Anyway have a great time in LOS I will be there shortly 30/05 to 22/06.

Just remember not to make any calls from your phone in LOS, or call her back .... as she might look over your phone record statements later on. Finding calls originating from Thailand will be had to explain.
I would go and ask the BG's, as they know the tricks when speaking to multiple punters or BF, hiding the fact that they aren't at the Bar.

Thought i had the phone bill thing covered by having an extra phone from my mothers account. Would'nt you know it she went ill and my wife paid the bill for her....what are all these calls to Thailand? DOH!
