me and my brother went to some clubs with a few nice thai girls this year in march.

i think they were called spicy club, RCA and ET - where i DJ'd!!
.....any other good ones in Bangkok??

myself and one or two bms do a bit of dj' ing.....myself not mainstream,but bits here and there,i done local radio,pirates etc,few promotions back in the day.....another has been known play on the city scene,dj murf AKA alfie.........
i think its pretty hard to get a resedency in bkk for a falang,unless they want to get paid low rates,which is ok if ya doing it part time,dont get me wrong,its something i love.but there is a lot of falangs trying the same thing,sometimes its not what u know its who.
what do u play?i like my 4x4 beats,broad range of styles.
Q bar although its small do host some good nights with international djs,last time i was there i saw slippmatt......legend.
spicey ,below ambassoder hotel....i thought was ok,thats the new addition to hillarys group.
bands on rotation in both hillary and spicey are very good,but dj is same same,banging out comercial beats that everywhere are playing imho.
i went to see sek loso there to which was a great night,and 'FREE',put the face to a few thai songs i do know.
the other clubs u mention im not sure of.

how did u go about getting ur gigs over there?? Ive got a couple lined up in bangkok and phuket but id like tog et as many as possible whilst there, would u recommend just asking for the manager or whut?

well as ya mite know my dad lives in Bangkok. and he got many friends out there! and wen i was there in 2006 i met a friend of his who is a DJ and i saw him again this year and he invited me along and i did a set for about 1 hour but it was ****in unreal!!!!

jus see wot ya can get, or ask about!!
