Question girls and guys

Hi everyone,

Along the same lines of the girls hasseling the guys, do they also do this when the guys are with wives, girlfriends etc?

I am sure my husband would love the attention, but it would be embarrasing if it is full on.

Its a lot of families coming here so it is no problem. Tailors and tuk-tuk drivers will give you much more hassle than the bargirls.

unless the lady shows she is game

Hi Sylvia,
My wife and I got back last week and spent every night from about 11pm until close at MTB and then went off to Soi Tiger etc until approx 4.30am every night. Not once were we hassled in any way. In fact the girls were lovely even having heart to hearts with my wife. You are very safe indeed.
My wife even got up pole dancing with some of the girls for fun.
The only problem we had in two weeks was a guy on a motorbike on Ratuthit Road asking if my wife wanted to pay him to go home with us at 4.30am and another night at about the same time about to enter the Soi leading up to our hotel was offered dope by another guy on a bike. Both occasions just laughed it off with them and was no problem at all.
Have fun and a laugh and you will have a great time.

Regards

DB

I thought I read otherwise. That's why I answered "pretty much".
Being there as a couple, I would thing that it would be very limited, and I do think all this is in good fun. One should not take it too serious.

I don't know what you mean by this. The only time my wife felt uneasy was the first night we entered Soi Eric and the girls tried to drag us to their bars at the front of the Soi. she was tired from the flight as we left Melbourne at 12 midnight and arrived at 12.05 midday the next day. This was after 2am that morning. She gets a little stressed within herself when tired. Other than that no problem.

Not limited at all. Being out till 4.30am every morning in the bars does not seem limited to me. My wife is a lot of fun and except for pestering which is obviously not on she was up for everything including chatting with the bg's and also some lb's in Soi Tiger. How is that limiting. A lot of wifes would be holed up in their room by this time and would not except their husbands wanting to go to the bars all night drinking and chatting to bm's and bar girls.
Just my opinion mrdk

I was referring to the first night.
By limited, I meant that hassling by BG would be limited, not the experience.

Ok. I understand and hassling by bg's was limited as they soon know you have a partner you are right. Sorry but your post wasn't that clear on that.
Even so some of the girls at the bottom right hand side of Soi Eric kept persisting but it was mostly all in fun and I kept pretending to try and drag them to the toilet with me when I walked past and was grabbed even in front of my wife.
It was great fun and no harm at all.
As you say the experience was great and the sense of humour with the girls we enjoyed. A couple even set her up one night feeding her cockroach and then telling her what she had just ate. We all pissed ourselves laughing.

Regards

Sylvia,
If a bar girl should reach out for your husband in any way, you should know it can only be for one reason: Him hansum man ... and you should be proud of that.

Thumbs up

Thanks to everyone for your replies.

Sounds like it will all be in fun. we are up for a laugh and don`t take anything too seriously, so I don`t think it will be a problem.

we are really looking forward to going and will definately visit the Mai thai.

The forum is great, very informative and amusing.

We are staying in the Baumanburi hotel, I have not managed to find out a lot about it except what is on their official website, does anyone know of it, or it`s reputation?

Sylvia x

Smiley is a burp, JB.

Baumanburi Hotel, quite nice standard of rooms etc, not bad walk to beach as straight across to the holiday inn road, 5 mins walk and on beach. quite a bit further to Bangla and especially as tuk tuk will have to use the one way system. Close to otop market so good little shopping area for Sylv.

Note (An english comment to an english poster), last time I was there it seemed full of northern english package holidaymakers, no shirts or footy shirts and tats, could have been a fluke but lot of tour buses stopping outside for day trips etc, so might be regular hotel for tour ops?

Heck you only sleep there!!, just note that you have to walk past Cristins to get to the hotel, when walking from Bangla!
