Silly Dilemma

When I finally get to seeking bar girls do I: (A) Hook up with the 1st girl I find very attractive OR (B) Explore all the bars 1st to see if i can find something better? Guess I am afraid that if I get the 1st girl I see I might miss out on something better BUT then If I look for something better I might miss a good thing I should have held on to. Does anyone else think like this? LOL

Another Dillema ...

My Best Friend and perhaps one other person will be going with me this time around. If one of us sees a girl he really likes but nobody else does, is it feasible to pay the bar fine and take the girl with us to another bar? Or is this a no-no?

I do see your dilemma, it always happens when you're on a hunt that the next girl you see is even more beautiful than the one before and now you already talked too much and even payed too many drinks and set the expactions for the girl as well....just too see that other stunner around the corner.

i experienced a similar thing. i always had so much fun partying and drinking with the guys that i didnt barfine a nice girl when i met one. looking back i should have bf'd the ladys and take them with the lads on the crawl... but theres always the next time

This is my constant dilemma until I find a girl I want to be with LT. I think the same is true for a lot of guys.

How you handle it depends on your priorities. It boils down to:

1) If you are more into partying with the guys, that is what is more important to you, then pass up those early candidates. If they are boring or a prima donnna, they will just put a damper on your fun, and run up your bar bill. There will always be plenty of girls around later, even if you have to go to Tai Pan or Safari for a late hookup.

2) If finding the right girl is your top priority, then set a standard for the night, stick to it, and don't second guess yourself, as there is always tomorrow. Whether you are looking for a stunner, or just a pretty girl, check out the first one that comes your way. Buy her a drink, and if the vibe is good with her, then give her a spin, but don't waste too much time drinking at her bar! To find out what she is really like, you should get her out of there. What have you got to lose? Head for MTB, Hells Bells, or Love Bar for some serious partying.

i always start my trips in bkk, and within a few days i usually find a girl with whom id like to spend the whole time with. however the first night im always so adrenalized. walking into nana isnt exactely like walking into ur regular bar in ur home country. so cant help but wandering around from bar to bar just checking out all the girls.. looking for the catch of the year, so i go with option B, and that option has never ended up with one of the real stunners, as the best ones seem to dissapear one after one.

Christ JayBee, I can't even think of a time where you "didn't" have a girl in tow the last I saw you.... I like and think your priorities here are fine ones, but do you really follow the same logic you are giving here... or are you just passing it out?

Yes, I do follow it. Usually option 2 as I tend to be a little picky about the girls I choose.

However, sometimes I go with option 1 because sometimes you just want to have fun and not worry about getting pussy. But the danger of option 1, is that at the end of the night you just grab the best available or the one that is making your d1ck hard, and then maybe you end up spending days or weeks with a girl you weren't especially attracted to in the first place. That may sound a little crazy or illogical, but it has happened to me three times now.

But, you'll note that I said it was a choice between Option 1 and Option 2 until I found a girl I wanted to be with LT, by which I meant hooking up with for a week or longer. On the nights we were drinking together, I had such a girl with me. There are advantages to that approach, but only if you find the right girl for you. The right girl for me is one I get along with well, and the sex is good.

The disadvantages of the LT approach is that 1)it can get a little pricey, depending on what you are paying her, to have a girl every single day for weeks and/or months, 2)sometimes it would be nice to have a free day or two, but you don't want to lose your place at the head of the line, and 3) it is easy to get attached to each other, and then can be a little dicey to drop her, or a little rough when you go back home and are going through "cold turkey" withdrawal(aka LOS Blues), while she is back in the bar, banging the next guys in line.

I had the same problem when I was in Bangkok. Like a kid in a candy store I wanted it all, so I could never choose. One lady would look really good at first and then another one would catch my eye that made the first one look bad. A couple times I found that it was closing time and I'd have nothing but a drink in my hand. That's what indecision gets me. Then I would find myself in Nana parking lot ordering beers and chatting with FL's...........I actually had really good luck at Nana parking despite all the horror stories, and they want less money. I kind of liked the little beer bar in front of Nana Hotel during the day too. After a while I got into a little better rhythm. I figured out that...... "I tink to mutt". Then I decided to just let my instincts kick in and I started taking the first lady that really did it for me. I do need to get back and perfect my method.

For myself, I have found that the first thing to do on the first night on the prowl, is to head to Lolitas or a similar establishment. Take the edge off and you will (i'm sure) make better decisions during the night as testosterone levels will be much more managable!!!!

actually, I think is the worst thing you can do
by not relaxing and getting to know her in her bar for a bit and allowing her to get comfortable with you and then dragging her along to another bar, you bring her out of her comfort zone, which is a sure-fire way for a Thai girl to wilt

You're probably right up to a point. And that is where feeling out the vibe comes into play. But at some point, and I think sooner is better, if you really want to get to know a girl, I think you need to relate to her directly, and not as part of her group of friends, especially with all the face issues that can arise.

If you are just looking for fun, not looking for more than a one-night relationship anyhow, then would you rather be partying with your friends or her friends? As they say, it's "Up to you," and you are picking up the tab, so why not take full advantage. Besides, your buddies can speak English and hers can't!!

Also, if you get her away from her bar, and she pulls the "I'm so bored," or sulking routine, then better to find out sooner than later, cause you're better off moving on to the next one. Less time wasted.
