Phuket In Sept

Going to be there for about 10 days. What is the weather like and how is the scene during the low season? Expecting some sun and fun. Any info would help. Thanks.

The place where I stayed had a smallish gym: Patong Beach Hotel (not that I ever bothered to use it)

or you could try here: Phuket gym ,phuket fitness , phuket fitness center , gym in Patong Beach Phuket Thailand

Gym close to Christin's

Hey!

I'll be there 11 - 18 September! There is a small gym across the road from Christin's. I used last time I was in Patong and think I paid 800 baht for a week? The gym is OK - some cardio at ground floow, weigths on 1st and there is hall on 2nd floor where you can do muay thai or just muck around with the punching bag. I found it to be all right and will use it again when I go in September.

The weather will not be the best, but there should be some days where you can work on your tan. However, last time I went in August/September and the really nice weather was on Koh Samui/Koh Tao. In any case, you'll have a good time!

More stupid question, what is a decent hotel to stay in close to the action. also from your experiences, should i try the escort services or just stick to the bars. How far is Patong from Phuket Town? Are there actions on Phi Phi island?

I will also be there the 1st week of September. How nice! this will be my 3rd September in a row so. I tend to stay away from escort services. I do my shopping at the bars and disco. This is very interesting, about 5 BM from the U.S. will be in Patong in September. A very welcoming trend.

G'Day mauldid

September is fine - I was there last year that time and again this year i'm heading over.

Enough sun for an Aussie to get Sun-Burnt a few times and come home with a decent Tan.

Not as busy as peak season, but Bangla still is fun at nights, still lots of people about.

I like it cus i'm tight as a ducks ****, not so expensive on low-season.

Hotels etc

Hey guys!

All right - it looks like there will be enough to have a party!

Mauldid - there should be plenty of info on hotels on the board. I have stayed at Vech Guesthouse on some trips - cheap, friendly and guest friendly. This time, however, I will try the Summer Breeze - just made my booking!

Party on!
