I guess the THREAT is that a good board can be ruined by a few whose heart is content on pushing an argument until it becomes a flame fest......
This is Nicke's board like it or not and he sets the rules in conjunction with his moderators who do a great and very difficult job IMHO.....and to their credit they haven't stepped in and given BMs a holioday until they step over the mark and start abusing all and sundry.... We used to have a board (until recently) where good info and fun was being exchanged in almost every thread....unfortunately now we get one or two people coming up with the indefensable and continuing to berate those who try to point out the sheer ridiculousness of their argument ad nauseum....it's boring.....no one is always right!!

I agree their tactics are somewhat crude or at least that the approach was kind of abrasive, but their motivation for being/posting on the board at this point is the question?
