Western Ladies in Phuket
As a newbie I,m curious before i head off to Patong as to what the ratio of Western gals is around the bars and in the niteclubs,and if they tend to be single or not..Is that a stupid question?

Hi. I'm not so sure about patong but I assume it is similar to Bangkok. There are not many western ladies in the clubs / bars. If there are some they are highly unlikely to be there for p4p. Usually western girls are with their western boyfriends / husband.
Why are you trying to find out and I might be able to help you more.

Bannana Disco on the beach road!????
The Irish bars is also a good place along with the main bars on Bangla road. A good peice of advice if you do want to meet Farang ladies for some reason, is too keep an eye on the flyers given out by the club staff on the beach and Bangla, as these tend to advertise the places with free/cheap drinks or free entry for women. This can be very attractive for groups of backpackers or first time visitors to Phuket. (UNtil they realise that the places are generally crap!) What I used to do was walk along Bangla and look in to the soi's and see if I could spot groups of Farang women without many men. Then if they looked all right, I would go in and sit at the bar. It is amazing how easy it is to pull if you are they only one ignoring the bg's and fl dancing on the bars. But, if you sit at the stage in Dragon. You can wait until a drunk farang women falls off and lands on you. That can be pretty effective!!!!!!! 555555555555

I reckon most farang ladies go to Seduction these days, quite a few single, especially australian? wonder why australian? not many in the bars, well not single anyway, also early on in Banana Nightclub.

When i was there a few weeks ago, i Have to say there were some really nice looking western girls there.... However i did get some looks as i was there with Jaun. In terms of look wise, there are some nice looking women there, if that is what you are after.
Saw quite a few hanging around Soi Sea dragon on the central bars, if memory serves me right.

Plenty around
There are plenty of single girls around if that is what you want, each to his own.
4-6pm off the beach is a good opportunity to meet the girls who are having a drink. The white or pink ones are the best to catch as they have just landed and if you have a tan you can always start to chat and tell them that you have been before and ask them if they want any advice. You can then offer to meet up later when you have had a shower and show them around. A good fishing tip that one. There are also a number of airlines who put their cabin crew in Patong at a number of Hotels (not telling you which ones) and you can check in advance when the crews are staying there and then go for a drink in the bar and then offer to show them around for a few days. The Irish Bars are good as well as a place to meet singles or groups of women and if you get to know the expat managers they will point you in the right direction. Thai women are much more beautiful, loverly eyes and smiles, slimmer figures, loverly hair and smooth silky skin and those sexy walks and accents mmmmmm buy it is like eating a healthy diet of salad and drinking only water, every now and again you want some junk food. In my (limited) experience on this issue:
* Most of the single women travelling to Patong are in the 20-27 age bracket, and there's enough farang men in that age bracket interested in them for it to make for a crappy evening of competition. * Farang women in/around Bangla aged 30 and above tend to be partnered up. So they might be out with another female friend or two having a drink, but they have a fella back in the hotel. * Too many Australian women there who bring their 'chip on the shoulder' attitude with them from home.

Not a stupid question, but you wont need the answers for anything, i remember myself being in Banana bar at patong beach in June, and the dance floors were crawling with Blank white, western, chuppy girls singing "dont you wish your girlfriend was hot like me"
And i was like WTF!!!!! - Mate and i emptied our gin and tonic and went to Tiger to be amongst more Bargirls.. I simply desgusted these white girl compared to the Lovely Bargirls. Trust me mate, after you first ST your hooked

I've had a little luck with the scuba diving gals....but I wouldn't be bothered talking to one I didn't know in a bar....they will look at you and smile and then when you offer them a drink they'll act like you are a pervert....
