Every day seemed like a weekend in LOS to me. Didn't really notice any difference whatever day it was. Couldn't say about September though as I ve never been then

Same here Dawsey, certainly the holiday feeling loosing track of time and many ppl around without any job schedule (well, sort of :-) )

I've got a bit of the same feeling here in Dubai, when ever you go out, there are tons of ppl visiting the city, seems like party flair up the air all the time.

I'll go home earlier looking at the watch of duties. Sad Sad, but fun.

Sarurdays may be little bit busier, as local expats go out that day. But overall, most days of the week mostly same.

I notice Friday and Saturday is a little busier, as previously said because more expats out. But do not think a holidaymaker will really notice that much difference, or probably will not know what day it is anyway!!

There is never a quite day in Patong, not like back home say on a Monday or Tuesday night, my old town was usually dead. Just before I left Thursday became really busy and everyone was saying thursday is the new saturday. In patong everyday is like a saturday!! or is that everyday is like a new thursday?? feck its difficult getting old!

I think on Saturday more expats and weekenders from BKK, Singapore or other close cities, but less tourists as a lot tend to go home on Saturday and the new ones arrive on Sunday. I am not sure but got that impression.

I agree. I've thought there's been a slight pick-up in numbers on Saturday nights. I have always put it down to expats, weekenders from BKK, SG, KL etc, and maybe a higher number of farangs who stay in Kata/Karon etc coming into Patong for a night out.
