What is the score with the beach road by Kata beach? Any action in Kata or is it all in Patong?

Two areas for nightlife:
One just outside Kata-village on the left to Club Med! Other one, mainly 2 bars in Kata town on the road Karon-Phuket-town. I have taken 2 beautiful girls here! More choice in Karon: Karon center on the beach road, en all the bars in the begining of the road Karon-Phuket! Downside, not all together at the same spot Up: Much easier to butterfly!!!

It was very quiet and coupley, there is a little section of beer bars, but have no idea what it is like at night If you have GF or troublesome LT BG then Kata / Karon may serve as a getaway to pick up a new BG or take a Bangla BG to out of the way
