Please note that since the Belgian owners have sold this nice but very expensive hotel, there is a new policy on joiner fees. While this hotel used to be renowned for its friendly joiner policy, now they charge 1000 Baht! Luckily I printed off my email confirmation that no joiner fee would be charged before the policy changed.

^ correct, What are other BM's take on this? When I booked the accomodation the place was 100% girl friendly allbeit rather expensive. I chose it on the grounds of luxury and to **** the ex-wife off (a travel agent) who wanted me to be in backpacker hell style of digs.
No, I don't have any e-mail copies to confirm no joiner fee's are applicable to my booking, as In my own niavity I thought this place was as sound as a pound and bang on. Guess I'll just have to blag it or move on.
