Hi guys,

It's been a while - over 4 yrs since I last posted and I see everything is same same ! - meant in a great way..!

I'm back in Thai - one week now, but with my GF. A little diff from the good old days but still lots of fun.

Now the point is I hate going to the beach...and well...we are in Patong...so what can I do ? ehem....!

I've had my fair share of BG's in the past but never had to bother with ST, or the need to find a room for a few hours.

Advice needed;
Do the girls have rooms you can go to if you don't / cant use your hotel ? Honestly I really dont know - never had the need, so appol if this is a dumb question.

where are the best places for ST - I read a good post suggesting to collect phone numbers. any other ideas ?

Where can you find fun mid / late afternoon ?

Any other advice welcome.

ps - christin is not really my place otherwise that would be ok.

Hi Blue Kangaroo, I went last June and some Danish mates had the same situation. There were rooms for rent short stay at the end of Bangla Rd they were renting for about 500 baht a night but the rates changed every day. I don't know if this is just a low season thing but hope this might help.I'm sure some of the more senior members would be able to tell you

yes, there are some ST hotels around Bangla...
i'm sure the girl(s) will know at least one if you ask them

can remember that there was one called Bangla Bungalow or so on Soi Happy Road?? (or was it a small soi between Happy Road and Tiger? don't know anymore...)

ST room 500bht, many places all over patong, easiest way,ask the girl you are with, she will know, if not her friend will.

Afternoon fun, many bars open Bangla, Ratty Road all have girls who are available afternoons, massage parlours, check the deal and let them know what you want, before getting a massage and no more!!

Stroll down beach road, left out of Bangla, lot of girls working the street there, half way down that stretch, hit the beach, lot of girls work the beach afternoons, 350 ST plus they will know of closest rooms.

Try any one of the many massage places for some day time action.
And you can have fun "on site".....so no need to go elsewhere to get a ST room.

Have had the same issue on past visits, that is being restricted to daytime activity due to the 'handbrake" As Shez21 suggested, Soi Kepsub is an excellent day entertainment venue, many places to choose to get a good rub down and some good extra's too. Also try Soi Sea Dragon in the afternoon as well, a few bars are open, so is good to just lobb, get a beer, but before you have much time to have a few sips of your beer, a few new freinds will be rubbing up and down against you. Is a ST hotel very very near and I think I only paid about 300Baht for the room, that was 12 months ago I was last there.
