How is Patong now?

Hi all,

How was Patong this time? Incredible! It was busy busy busy.
The normal hotel I use only had 2 rooms left and we needed 3. Most of the Soi's were/are busy at least for some part of the evening. I would recommend you try to book your room in advance if you have a favourite hotel, because everybody is feeling that Patong is going to get busier and busier.
Tiger disco was full the night I went. It was funny because I knew at 2am I had a friend coming to see me in a bar, so I was only in Tiger for some fun and 'just looking'. Have you ever tried 'just looking' with a bar full of freelancers? The bastards nearly ripped me to shreds! They would not leave me alone. Nice ones, ugly ones, fat ones, thin ones!! They knew I had at least 1,000 baht in my pocket and they wanted it!!!
Tai Pan at the top of Bangla Road is was being used for a live band with a semi-professional karaoke singer doing a bit. For me it was shite. Not like it used to be.
Soi Eric is like a rugby scrum. If you are just going for a piss at the end of the Soi, you may as well just stand still and pisch yourself There are so....... many girls physically who will stop you and grab you and drag you into their bar, that you wont make it to the bog. However....... once the little cuties have done their job and got you to buy a drink, Hey Presto, you can do what you want. They leave you alone.
Went to have a look in Soi Gonzo. That is crazy with all the music being different in each bar. Bollocks to that.
Soi Seadragon very busy with girls. Thousands of them. My friend did a great job of attracting the ugliest one from each bar EVERY time and clinging on to him. We never stayed for a drink in this Soi.
Soi Cockadildo.... very busy at the first half, but dead in the last half where the normal bars are. The Andaman Queen show was very busy. It had about 20 japanese people in there. Take it from me, these little sods are going to spoil Patong. You can take home one of the show and have the **** of your life for between 500 to 1000 baht (you can even have 2 or 3 back to your room!!).
However, the silly Japs were running on stage and shoving 100 baht and 500 baht notes down ladyboys tops, thinking it was very funny. One time they even made a big chain of money and gave it to 1 ladyboy. There was over 2,500 baht in one go!!! and the ladyboy didnt even have to suck anyone off!!!!!!
If they are silly like this all over the place then the girls will up their price.
However...... the good news about the Japs was this - They decided to do arm wrestling in the club. One man thought he was great. They saw me watching and asked if I wanted a try, for money. Mmmm, let me think.......
Considering last year i beat a 25 stone Swedish pipe fitter who used to carry logs out the forest, I thought I had a slim chance against Mr Miagee
2 seconds later and my pockets had extra baht hanging out of them. My grandmother could have whipped that Japs sorry ass:p

Anyway, Im off to bed for a hand shandy.
My life really is bizarre. You dont get to know half of what goes on, but this is a good one...... After travelling for 28 hours, when I arrived back in Britain I thought I wouldnt be getting any hokey-pokey until I went back in 4 weeks time.
I switched on my GSM when I arrived home at 4pm, picked up a message, and by 5pm my face was full of muff from an old friend.....

What a life!!!!

Dirty Mike

that was always the fun for me in soi eric.
my regular bar was english bar, last on the right.
having to fight my way down the whole soi was fun.

even when i left the bar and had a girl with me,i was still subjected to the others trying to pull me.
i loved it.

I don't know about u guys but I think its really a pain in the ass to fight my way through the Soi's.. :o feels like playing rugby when 10 girls are holding on to you and when u finally get rid off those, the next 10 girls are on you..
