Karon Hotel

My hotel the Karon Princess emailed me back guest freindly no joiners fee.
We shall see 5 days and counting.
Just recieved email from Norm he just got back says Karon BG's otay in Karon
I still we be Mai Thai and all other BM bars you cant miss me 6'4 blonde

I have not stayed there, but it looks very nice for the price!

Note: keep your mail with you! If ever they DO ask a joiner - fee you have proof they would not charge you!

Btw, not far from there there is a very, very nice restaurant! It is a open house, Hemingway style, with very, very nice food! Not that expensive at all medium 150 bath for a main course, and much better then the touristic stuff on the beach road!

I don't remember the name, but I will try to explain. There is a quiet large road on the left with hudge bumpers, if you drive from the begining from Karon on the beachroad to Kata. It is much closer to Karon, guess one mile. You take that road, on the left a bit further, you cant miss the colonial style house!

Another good place, is mamas's kitchen simple, but very good food! My tg's all loved to go there! Very inexpensive! Also all kind of style breakfast!

Now this litttle place is also easy to find! From your hotel, you go direction North the road to Patong.You will get soon at the round point (so you do NOT take the beachroad further to patong!) to the right, direction Phuket-town. This is in the begining Bar area. You go further away from the bars direction Phuket and just before the Wat, and leaving this little center, on your left, you will find this little place!

Beware, there are also other restaurants in this area, very touristic and inpersonal and average kitchen! I always went to mK, she makes what you want before your eyes and it is very clean

I had bad news today! My bungalow is not available for me! I am proposed a bungalow in Kata, but that is much further to go to Patong!

So, Jimmy, if you read this let me know in this tread about that hotel! It is a more expensive aternative, but the situation looks good! I hope only it is not too noisy, being by the beach road!
