As LivinLos said it's opposite Star wars (Shark), behind were there used to be a 7/11, that used to be a pick up ground of freelancers when the discos closed! It's a huge constructionground that goes besides the Saen sabai bungalows all the way to the fresh market and reach Nanai rd! The site you saw in September on Soi Bangla used to be the Vegas bar with Thai-boxing stage in the middle, don't know what they are building there, maybe more shophouses and bars? When I was there in april they were also digging and building opposite Thaweewong rd (Beach rd) near to Soi Eden, some say a new luxury hotel, some say a department store? What's the latest news on that one LivinLos?

If you mean the dev at the northern end of the beach (Soi Eden rings no bells) that looks to be apartments or other accomodations..
As to the one next to tiger I have been told various things.. First heard it was apartments and then later told hotel / guesthouse rooms.. Though who would want a room right next to Tigers noise is anyones guess.. Neither of them look very high end of the market... Will look at the tiger one closer next time I walk past.. Probably later tonight..
