Thinking of visiting Krabi next week staying at Ao Nang, I have read things are a little soarten on the lady front, wondered if anyone has any recent reports.

Where is the night life and is it possibel to find a lttle female company here ??

in august female company wasnt a problem,not as lively as patong but plenty of choice and nice choices as well,also plenty of western backpackers up for it.

Where the main beachroad turns inland there is a small bar area to your right with cheerfull bargirls (near the policestation).

also on the beachroad behind all the shops and restaurants is a big soi full of bars and girls.its quite secluded from the road but you can hear the music if on the path.

I stayed there 3 weeks ago. Did'nt find it very atracting.
The few ( 10 or 12 )bars are in a very dark area, and there where not so many girls. May be 30 or so all together, and I would range them second class.
May be we just got the wrong 2 nights.
