Patong update needed please

I'm almost certainly coming over to Patong first week in April (4th trip in 3 years).
Did it get any busier in the last few weeks?? Is business picking up??
A genuine update would be most appreciated, particularly from those BM's that are out there now (Nicke, Gee Spot, any others??)
I hope the BG's aren't leaving Phuket....

I would say the nightlife is pretty normal althought not same as January last year, and less people in general due to less families and couples.

And in one week Swedish charter starts again and all flights are expected to be sold out. April should be normal for that time of the year.
