Older guys visiting

I have not been to Phuket before but am all booked up. I am sure that some of the people logged on here are old hands in all ways. I am an older guy and just love the noise and blast of the discos and gogos. There are however times whan I crave ladies who are a bit more mature and surroundings that are a bit less frantic.

I asked this question before I went to Pattaya and got a bit of flaming however there were some interesting responses which served me well.

Has anyone any suggestions?

Anyway back to topic, you can find whatever you want in Patong, all the noise and energy you describe, to laid back and quiet.

You do not say how old you are! Difference between 45 and 70!

Now it all depends at what time of the year you come. I came with a friend of mine (wd) and he was absolutely shocked about Patong wich was packed at x-mas time! Even for me it was to frantic.

In Karon, just over the hill, and Kata a bit further athmosphere is much quieter, even in that period. I had 2 small regular bars, one of them had a pool, with some girls around. It was also no problem to take girls from somewhere else (same-same in Patong).

If you prefer Patong, once you have a girl, there are some bars, where a band is playing, where you can have a drink and enjoy the music.

Outside this period, the Sois are quieter and more relax. Fun to have a drink and talk to the blokes at mT bar, as you have read all over the board, Nicke is a wonderfull host.

Good tips, Tintin! If you are looking for a quieter scene with nice BGs, yes Karon is a good place. If you want to find older, more mature BGs, cruise the sois off Bangla, and keep your eyes open. They are all not so young. Even in the discos, some are a little older. I dated a 35 year old, quite attractive , compared very well with the younger girls. Mer her in Tai Pan. Trouble was, she wasn't much more mature than the young girls!

You will find whatever you want in Patong, and it will only take you a couple of days to cover the area and decide on a favourite spot. There is someone for everyone on Soi Bangla!

You will find as much peace and tranquility as you need too, though you will not avoid the spectacle of the Lions mauling your team wherever you end up!
