Apart from Bars, BG's and Booze....

Gentlemen,
Apart from the usual bar,booze and girls; what are the other interesting attraction in phuket, especially during daytime? Any other cultural or historical sites, gardens, temples, museums, palaces and shopping facilites in Patong or phuket? What is the current true situation of usual sightseeing attractions of Phi Phi and other islands?
How do we get around in Phuket? Taxi, Tuk Tuk? Is there any public transportaions like pattaya's BhatBus or bus service?
What are the daytime activies other than usual bar and booze
Please give me an idea.

Well I guess it depends what you're into. Here are some of the things I have done:-
Spa treatment, sauna, etc.
Pistol shooting
quad bikes
go carting
elephant trekking
golf
butterfly farm and zoo
visit Wat Chalong
snorkelling
beach
food
shopping

Daytime the beach or golf.
Excursions to Krabi, Pa Nga bay, Sea canoe and others. No temples or musea worthwhile.
Going around: rent a car or make an agreement with a taxi driver. Or go with one of the many travel agents.

Phuket Phantasea is really a great show. If you're looking for a nice way to spend an evening.

MMM, there are also some very nice temples!

But get up early. Maybe only one morning just at sunrise. Go to some quieter places where the monks collect their food!

That is nicer to see and take pictures of the elephant-trekking!
