Hi all,

A friend requested some info on the Andaman Queen show at the back of Soi Cockadildo. Rather than private e-mail them, I may as well give the info for all.

So........

There are 2 FREE shows per night. Drinks are a little bit pricey but you get the show.
The show lasts about 45 minutes and on stage you will see a host of ladyboys dressed up in outfits singing and dancing. There are also some 'small boys' who dance on stage with them. They may be gay. Who knows? Who cares?
The show is well rehearsed, but normal 'thai ways' ensure that something will be ballsed up along the way, but this adds to the enjoyment of the 'live' show.

The waiters/ waitresses who serve you are greedy bastards for tips, and you may get chatted up by a wandering ladyboy in the club. If you dont buy them a drink they soon go away.
When the show has finished, you will see 5 or 6 ladyboys in bikinis dancing on a different stage around poles, like a go-go club. I normally leave then as I have only been in to see the show.

If you only ever sit at the front of Soi Cockadildo, then go and watch the show just once. Take your Thai girl with you, because the chances are, she hasnt seen it either.

Great description Mike, do you have a suitable pic too?

Have you seen Simon Cabaret? A bigger and maybe more professional show than the Andaman Queen one but the ticket price is about 600 baht.

When the show is on, the ladyboys who do the Go Go dancing normally 'patrol' the area trying to get drinks or to get you to take them home. They will normally let you feel their silicon tits, or show you their surgical pussy to tempt you into taking them for some action, but they soon go away if you ignore them.
